Hello, my name is Kyle. I decided to create this blog because I want to log all of my studies from the different areas I draw from. Many of these essays and notes will be incomplete thoughts I've had over the past few years, alongside the ones I'm currently working through.
To be a Philomath is, first, "philo," which means loving, and "math," which means learning, studying, or science. We should all seek to be philomaths in our own ways: seeing life as a realization of the ideal self, a mastery of the things around us, and, most importantly, a pursuit of God.
I dedicate this blog to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Blessed Virgin Mary, and Sts. Isidore of Seville, Albert the Great, Thomas Aquinas, Carlo Acutis, and Pier Giorgio Frassati.
